  1. How many days for delivery of my orders?
    请问我的订单需要多少天才能到达?

    Delivery normally will take 1-7 working days. You may email to us if you still unable to receive the items within the delivery periods so that our customer service representative will help you to check with the courier service.
    交货时间通常需要1-7天(工作日)。如果您仍然无法在交货期内接收到您的物品,那您可以给我们发送电子邮件,以便我们的客户服务代表可以帮助您检查快递服务。

  2. Do you keep my credit card details?

    Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed. It is submitted directly to our banks via IPAY88.
    您的资料保障对于本公司来说相当的重要与重视。所有的交易将在安全的环境下进行。本公司不会保留客户的信用卡资料,所有资料将会通过IPAY88直接提交给我们的银行。

  4. Which credit cards are accepted for payment?
    请问可以接受哪些信用卡付款?

    EVERY MORNING SDN. BHD. accepts all VISA and MASTERCARD, both credit and debit. All your credit card information is protected by means of industry – leading encryption standards.
    Please note that additional charges may be incurred if you are using a non-Malaysian issued card due to Foreign Exchange.
    EVERY MORNING SDN. BHD.接受所有VISA和MASTERCARD。您的信用卡将受到银行加密标准的保护。

  5. How can I know if my payment was successful or fail?
    我如何知道付款是否成功或失败?

    You will be notified via SMS and email within 24 hours upon completion of order confirmation.
    Please be aware of your Bank reconciliation schedule as this might have impact on your payment (payment cannot be performed during bank reconciliation time).
    Bank reconciliation time only affect payment method via Online Banking and will happen at around 11:30pm to 01:30am depending on your bank.
    Below are the time of bank’s reconciliation time:

    MAYBANK  (12:00am – 12:30am)
    CIMBClicks (11:45pm – 12:15am)
    RHB (12:00am – 12:30am)
    Hong Leong Bank (11:30pm – 01:00pm)
    Public Bank (12:00am – 01:00am)
    Bank Islam (12:00am – 01:00am)
    订单确认完成后,您会在24小时内通过短信和电子邮件收到通知。
    请注意您的银行对帐时间表,因为这可能会影响您的付款(无法在银行对帐期间执行付款)。
    银行对帐时间仅会影响通过网上银行的付款方式,具体时间视您的银行而定,大约在11:30 pm至01:30 am之间。

    We do offer FREE SHIPPING for all the products within West Malaysia only (excluded with East Malaysia)..
    For oversea customers, you may email us at info@everymorning.com.my in order to get the shipping rates for the items that you have chosen.
    我们为马来西亚境内(西马而已)的所有产品提供免费送货,东马另计。
    对于海外客户,您可以给我们发送电子邮件至info@everymorning.com.my以获取所选商品的运费。
